AWSummit Bucharest 2025 – A Recap

The first two weeks of September were quite busy for the MeUp.com team. We packed bags, boarded flights, and shook hands across four standout events in Europe. Some stops we exhibited; others we attended to network and listen to the conversations shaping our industry. For us, events aren’t about panels or booths – they’re about the people we meet. The quick chats, the shared ideas, the connections that last.

AWSummit Bucharest 2025 delivered at scale as Europe’s largest hub for affiliate marketers, digital companies, monetization platforms, entrepreneurs, creators, and social media specialists. Over three days, the event packed in keynotes, workshops, masterminds, an expo, and standout networking that kept conversations – and deals – moving. More than 3,000 attendees from 110 countries. 1,250+ companies. 800+ affiliates. 700+ creators. Over 60 exhibitors on the floor – MeUp.com was proud to be one of them. It was a multi‑vertical mix you rarely see in one place, and that blend matters.

So what did people actually get?

For affiliates, AWSummit was built for results. You could discover the best-converting offers, meet affiliate managers and partners face-to-face, and find leading advertisers and networks in your niche. Knowledge flowed both ways – top affiliates shared challenges and solutions across different traffic sources, plus new ways to optimize and scale. Formats included Masterminds, the Top 8 Figure Affiliates Panel, the Ads Panel, and the Nutra & Dating Gathering.

For content creators, the program focused on real exchange and practical growth. You could connect with other models and influencers, discover the best platforms for collaboration, and explore new ways to monetize your content. Sessions covered how to integrate AI into your work, what content types convert best, and tips and tricks for growing your profile and social channels. Anchors here: Creators MeetUp, the Meet Market, the Creators Dinner, and a Dedicated Area.

For companies, the conference created clear paths to grow. Teams could find new traffic sources, connect with content creators, and access solutions for marketing, technology, and partnerships. The Expo Center, Meet Market, Vertical Dinners, and Speed Presentation offered multiple ways to connect and keep conversations moving.

Where the magic happened

  • Executive Lounge: quiet tables, quick espresso, real decisions. Sponsors and execs used it as a working base for back‑to‑back meetings.
  • Expo Center: two days of intense networking and simple asks – What do you solve? How fast? What does it cost?
  • Meet Market: a burst of energy that turned strangers into calendar invites.
  • Vertical Dinner: smaller rooms, warmer lighting, and more honest talk.
  • Dating & Nutra Gathering: direct lines between advertisers, networks, and media buyers.
  • Creators: creators, agencies, platforms – made for content and revenue.

My experience at AWsummit was fantastic. Walking the floor and attending presentations gave me a real pulse on the industry’s latest trends, but the highlight was definitely getting to present during the speed session. It was a whirlwind experience that pushed me to distill my ideas into their most powerful form. The energy from the crowd was incredible, and the conversations that started right after my talk were some of the most valuable I had all week. It was the perfect mix of learning, sharing, and connecting with some truly brilliant people in affiliate marketing.

This year’s AWsummit in Bucharest was a total triumph. As exhibitors we got to experience the event’s incredible energy from the front row. I was completely blown away by the organization and the amazing quality of the visitors. From the very first networking dinner it was clear this was a special event. The connections we made were genuine and high value. Bucharest provided a stunning backdrop and the summit’s parties were the perfect place to continue conversations and build stronger relationships. It was a powerful reminder of the dynamic potential in affiliate marketing and it has ignited fresh ideas for how we can deliver even greater value to our partners. A huge congratulations to the organizers on a flawless event.
