The method behind
When someone asks an AI model a question, it doesn't answer from memory alone. First, it runs background searches on Google and Bing to find up-to-date information. These are called fan-out queries.
Question
Which is the best CRM software for a small team?
Answer
The top 10 CRM softwares for small teams are…
Fan-out queries are what the AI is searching on your behalf before it answers. And that is what we target.
We extract those queries, find the sources the AI reads, and create content that answers them with your brand in it. So next time AI makes a search, it finds you.
How it works
Our generative engine optimization services follow six steps, each built around how AI models find and choose the brands they recommend.
We research your brand and competitors, pick your core search intent and choose 3 prompts real customers would ask. We save the AI's current answers as a "before" snapshot.
We run all three prompts across ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, under every account type and chat mode. This shows exactly which searches each model runs and which sources it trusts in your space.
We write articles that target the topics the AI is searching for, each with a clear, direct mention of your brand. Repeated across many pieces, this trains AI models to associate your brand with that message.
Articles are published across our network of websites, on niche-relevant domains, with visuals that make them feel natural and credible.
We place brand mentions on the community sources the AI already cites: Reddit, Quora, forums, YouTube and social. Optional add-on: outreach to the remaining cited pages for a direct mention and link.
We force-index anything not yet picked up, then rerun the same prompts. Your report compares the results with the "before" snapshot, showing how your AI visibility has improved.
GEO content
Our generative engine optimization services are built on content. Using the fan-out queries AI models run, we write articles that answer exactly what AI is searching for, with your brand mentioned in every one. Each type of article has its own job:
“Top 10” and “best of” roundups that feature your brand alongside industry peers, in its best light.
Fair, balanced comparisons that show why your brand is the stronger choice, without putting anyone down.
An authoritative overview of your products, services and what makes you stand out.
Objective reviews of a competitor that present your brand as a strong alternative.
Articles for people looking for an alternative, positioning your brand as the obvious next step.
Articles that answer the exact searches AI runs before it responds, so it finds your brand.
Every article includes a clear, direct mention of your brand, tied to the topic we're optimizing for. Repeated across the right places, these AI brand mentions teach AI models to connect your brand with what you do best.
Results reporting
Before any work begins, we ask your target questions in 17 chat modes across ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini and save every answer. Once your content is live and indexed, we ask the same questions again, the same way. Your report puts the two side by side, so you can see how your AI visibility has changed.

Generative engine optimization (GEO) services get your brand into the answers AI models give. You may also see it called AI search optimization or LLM SEO. When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini what to choose, the model first searches Google and Bing and builds its answer from what it finds. A GEO service puts your brand in that content, so the AI finds it and names it.
Every package is delivered within 20 working days, from the research and the "before" snapshot to your before & after report. You can cancel for a full refund until work starts.
We run every prompt across ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
That's 17 chat modes in total. Across 3 target prompts, every campaign round involves 51 individual prompt runs.
Results vary depending on the brand and the competitive landscape. For relatively well-established brands, we consistently see measurable improvements in at least 4 to 5 of the 17 chat modes per prompt, and often more.
No. Results aren't guaranteed and can be affected by external factors like AI model updates and competitor activity. What you always get is the full process: the research, the content, the publishing and the mentions in your package, and a before & after report on the same prompts, so you can see exactly what changed.
No. We don't recommend it for new brands with little or no online presence. AI models recommend brands they can already find and trust in other places, so GEO works best when your brand has some digital authority to build on. If it isn't there yet, building it first with link building usually pays off more.
Yes. Results are also influenced by your brand's existing online presence, whether basic on-page SEO practices are in place, and whether your brand is already getting traction and is known for the services we're optimizing for. A stronger overall brand presence gives the campaign a better foundation to build on.
In some industries, AI models rely heavily on specific directories or platforms. If we notice anything worth improving there, we'll let you know.
Bonus: if you can share a Google Search Console report covering the last 28 days, we can see what your site already ranks for and plan the campaign around related terms. It's entirely optional.
No. GEO campaigns are built around brand mentions rather than backlinks. Including backlinks would require a very different structure and a much bigger investment, and the content is crafted specifically for AI models rather than the regular reader.
